I began my professional journey by studying photography in Brussels, earning a Master's degree in the field. With a desire to expand my skillset, I then ventured into the world of graphic design, honing my abilities for over 25 years through work in various agencies and running my own company.
Throughout my career, design has always been a driving force and passion for me. Now, after many years as a graphic designer, I have returned to my first love - photography. I am eager to share my passion and my keen eye for capturing beautiful moments with those who appreciate a well-crafted image.
Recently, I have added ceramics to my list of passions, fueled by my insatiable curiosity for creating all sorts of objects and sculptures. With each day, I discover new techniques, forms, and materials, and my connection with the earth has opened up a whole new dimension in my life.

Transforming the clay into a new form, a stone-like creation, through the art of glazing. It is a process that requires patience, mindfulness, and the ability to harmonize the often conflicting forces of nature.
We started to unleash our creativity as we embarked on a journey of molding raw earth into fine masterpieces. With every spin of the turntable, we let the art of ceramics captivate us as we carefully shape, center, and form the clay with water. The process of drying, finishing, and firing it at a max. temperature of over 1240 degrees is a challenge, but the result is worth it.
At Fjèr, our mission is to create contemporary pieces that seamlessly integrate into your daily life. So, we listen to the clay, let it guide us, and create something truly unique and beautiful. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art, handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.
